Lois Mentzer

Lois Mentzer, CCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources and consulting, including roles at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Consultant and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Associate Consultant. They served as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, followed by Vice President of Compensation at Citizens Bank. Most recently, Lois held the position of Human Resources Director at Fidelity Investments, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance workforce processes and inform strategic goals. Lois earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
