Lynn Pasqualetto

Lynn Pasqualetto is a People Leader and Recruiter at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a team of recruiters responsible for HR, Learning, Training and Development, and Talent Management Recruitment. Lynn has been with Fidelity Investments since 1999, initially serving as a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant before advancing to the role of Director, Talent Acquisition Leader in 2022. Lynn earned a BA in Sociology from Merrimack College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
