Malcolm Palmer

Malcolm Palmer is an experienced operations and change leader in asset management, currently serving as the Head of International Investment Services at Fidelity Investments. They have held significant positions across notable firms including JPMorgan, where they were a Managing Director in Worldwide Securities Services, and Northern Trust, where they held several prominent roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President. Previously, Malcolm was the Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity International and also worked as a Manager in Investment Banking Operations at Credit Suisse First Boston. An alumnus of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Malcolm earned a B.Com Hons in Economics.
