Marisa Costello

Marisa Costello is the Head of HR for Digital Products at Fidelity Investments, where they lead human resources initiatives across various sectors, including high tech and financial services. With extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, Marisa previously held roles at Bank of America, including Learning and Leadership Development Executive, contributing to significant strategic initiatives during periods of organizational change. They also served as Head of HR for Enterprise Cybersecurity & Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments before their current position. Marisa holds a Master's in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
