Matt McGrath is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and projects. Currently serving as the Chapter Leader and Director of Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments since September 2024, Matt previously held significant roles at ORRECO as Head of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to projects such as Hours of Service solutions and optimizing SQL queries.
