Matt Neufeld

Matt Neufeld is currently a Workplace Planning Associate at Fidelity Investments, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Matt served as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from August 2017 to August 2019, where leadership roles were assumed during a two-year volunteer service. Matt's experience as a Human Resources Intern at Brad Hall Companies from February to June 2023 involved developing a recruiting strategy that significantly reduced turnover and managing the onboarding of 200 new hires. Prior work at ADT Authorized Dealer included roles as a Door to Door Salesperson and Sales Manager, leading to notable sales achievements. Matt is pursuing a Master's of Science in Finance, Wealth Management at Utah Valley University, having earned a B.S. in Business Finance from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
