Meaghan Hartman is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Fidelity Charitable, a position held since 2025. Previously, Meaghan earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2018 and 2020. They have extensive experience in consulting, having worked as an Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting from 2023 to 2025 and in various roles at EY and U.S. Senator Mark Warner. Meaghan started their career as a Research Assistant at The Wellesley Centers for Women in 2011 and also completed an MBA internship at WellNested in 2019. Meaghan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at Wellesley College.
