Melissa DeGrandis

Melissa DeGrandis is a progression enthusiast and change agent with a rich background in human resources and student affairs. They currently serve as the Director of the OpsXperience Program at Fidelity Investments, having previously held roles as a Senior Manager and HR College Programs Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Cooperative Education Faculty member at Northeastern University College of Engineering and as the Director of Conduct and Title IX Investigator at Curry College. Melissa earned a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University.
