Michael A Jones

Michael A. Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments, a role they have held since 2015. Previously, Michael worked as an Account Manager and Conversion Manager at Fifth Third Bank from 2005 to 2008 and spent six years as a National Relationship Manager at Vantiv. Before their corporate career, they served as a Sergeant and 11B Team Leader in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard from 1999 to 2005. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Public Relations, and Management from Bowling Green State University.
