Michael Apadula is an accomplished technology leader with over 30 years of experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Stock Plan Services at Fidelity Investments since October 2007, Michael manages a global team focused on customer client solutions and production support, achieving significant reductions in backlog and costs. Michael’s previous role as Vice President of Brokerage Technology involved delivering major software programs and implementing Agile methodologies. Prior to Fidelity, Michael held leadership positions at GXS, Inc. and Analytical Sciences, Inc., where notable achievements included developing revenue-generating business lines and earning multiple awards from the Center for Disease Control. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from Hofstra University.
