Michael Chapman is an experienced UX researcher and consultant with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research, project management, and content development. Since August 2023, Michael has been serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Fidelity Investments. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a UX Researcher and contractor at Pendo.io, where key responsibilities included leading product discovery research and developing usability measurement standards. Michael also contributed to the North Carolina State Poole College of Management as a UX Research and Change Management Consultant and served in administrative capacities at the Medical University of South Carolina and North Carolina State University. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology from the College of Charleston.
