Michael Goulding has extensive experience in law enforcement and security operations, most recently serving as Director of Boston Operations at Fidelity Investments in July 2023 and as Sr. Manager of Global Security Operations. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Chief of Police at Weston Police Department from March 2015 to January 2022, and spent significant time at Medford Police Department as Detective Lieutenant from July 1988 to March 2015. Michael Goulding earned a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law in Boston between 1992 and 1996 and has attended the FBI National Academy.
