Michael Whitaker is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Wells Fargo since May 2016, Michael also holds a concurrent position as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Fidelity Investments since March 2007. Prior roles include Assistant General Counsel and Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at MFS Investment Management from 1998 to 2007, as well as an associate role at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York City from 1994 to 1998.
