Michele Tylka

Michele Tylka is the Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, where they lead HR strategies for the Personal Investing Digital Experience and Brokerage organizations. With extensive experience, Michele has previously served as a Director of HR at Fidelity, focusing on technology initiatives, and as a Lead HR Business Partner at Progress Energy. They began their career as a Consultant at Sibson Consulting and have developed strong skills in talent management and organizational design. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University and is pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
