Michelle Cross, CPE, MBCP, is the President and CEO of DRI International and has held various leadership roles in the field of business continuity and risk management. Currently, Michelle serves as VP of Quantitative Data Optimization and Measurement at Fidelity Investments, previously leading the Business Continuity Center of Excellence. Michelle established the National Business Continuity Consulting Practice at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, significantly growing the practice and developing methodologies for preparedness consulting. Educated at Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Michelle continues to contribute to the industry through volunteer work with DRI International.
