Midhila Er

Midhila ER currently serves as a Lead at Fidelity Investments since December 2023, bringing extensive experience in analytics from previous roles at Razorpay, where Midhila held positions ranging from Analytics Specialist to Analytics Manager between May 2020 and November 2023. Prior to Razorpay, Midhila completed a summer internship at SunTec Business Solutions focusing on Root Cause Analysis and worked as a Management Intern at Reaching Hand. Midhila began a career as an Engineer at Tata Elxsi from July 2016 to May 2018. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Analytics & Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BTech in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering. Early education includes class XII at Maharishi Vidya Mandir and class X at SBOA School and Junior College.
