Mike Groesser

Mike Groesser is the Head of Learning and Development for Enterprise Technology at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a technology learning team and oversee critical career development programs. Previously, they served as Vice President of Talent and Learning, driving innovative projects related to digital assets. Mike has extensive experience in talent management, coaching, and instructional design, having held various leadership roles within Fidelity and previously as a Training Specialist at Genworth Financial. They hold an M.Ed. in Training and Development from North Carolina State University and have pursued additional education in business and artificial intelligence.
