Mike O'Brien

Mike O'Brien is the Director of Major Incident Management at Fidelity Investments, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, they spent 18 years as a Senior Project Program Manager at Dell, where they led large-scale projects and managed multimillion-dollar budgets across various regions. Mike holds an NFQ Level 7 degree in Computer Programming and Information Processing with Distinctions from the Limerick Institute of Technology, as well as a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick.
