Monica Mitchell

Monica Mitchell is currently the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity. Monica has held various positions at Fidelity Investments since 1990, including Vice President of Governance Risk & Compliance Software Development and Vice President of Corporate Technology Software Development. Prior to their work at Fidelity, they were a Financial Services Software Developer from 1985 to 1989.

Monica Mitchell completed their undergraduate degree at The Wharton School, where they studied decision sciences and marketing. Monica then went on to complete their MBA at the same school.

They are on a team with Mike Boyer - SVP, Chief Architect, CTG, Mike Poulter - SVP, EI Architecture, and Chris Parsons - SVP, Head of Technology. Monica Mitchell reports to Bill Thornton, Chief Technology Officer.
