Monica Romo is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments, where they have been a Software Development Manager since 2024. They are also an active member of Kahilla, a digital network focused on promoting gender and racial equity in the corporate sector since 2020. Monica obtained a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University in 2019, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. They began their academic journey with an Associate's Degree from Tarrant County College in 2013 and graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School in 2011.
