Mrinalini Tharayil

Mrinalini Tharayil is currently the Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, where they lead the business partner function for the Fidelity Wealth division. With a diverse background in technology and business services, Mrinalini has previously held positions at BNY Mellon as Associate Manager and at Digit Insurance as Vice President of Human Resources, where they successfully launched HR initiatives.
