Mrinmoy Mallick

Mrinmoy Mallick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of software engineering and human resource management software. Beginning a career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies from July 2004 to July 2006, Mrinmoy contributed to the migration of server-side components to a content management system and the integration of Finacle CRM for error monitoring. Transitioning to Fidelity Investments, Mrinmoy has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Director - Workday Solutions Architect since October 2022. Prior roles included Principal Workday Functional Analyst and Workday Business Analyst, where Mrinmoy focused on implementing Workday HCM software, optimizing processes, and mentoring junior analysts. Mrinmoy's educational background includes a B.E. in Telecom Engineering from R.V. College and an EPBA in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
