Murali Sha

Murali Sha is an IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Principal - Systems Engineer at Fidelity Investments since 2015, Murali is responsible for implementing support for business applications, resolving technical issues, and managing cross-functional teams. Previously, Murali worked as a Senior Operations Professional at IBM from 2010 to 2015, where they monitored systems, administered Linux servers, and provided 24/7 support for critical incidents. Murali holds a BSc in Information System Management from New College, completed in 2009.
