Nancy Emerson

Nancy Emerson has extensive experience in leadership roles within the health care and financial sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Product Owner/Squad Leader at Fidelity Investments since March 2011. Emerson has led programs aimed at enhancing customer experiences and has held various vice president positions focused on health solutions, brand development, and marketing. Prior to Fidelity, Emerson was Vice President of Customer Experience at Buck Consultants, specializing in change management and organizational effectiveness, and also served as Senior Manager at Mellon Financial, executing business strategies within a PMO. Emerson holds an M.A. in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.S. in Business from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
