Nancy Swift

Nancy Swift is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Compliance at Fidelity Investments since March 2021, Nancy has previously held key compliance leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included managing business-aligned compliance teams and developing compliance strategies for diverse business segments. Prior to Wells Fargo, Nancy served in roles at Deutsche Bank, overseeing compliance for markets and private wealth management while advising on regulatory developments. Additional experience includes a role at Credit Suisse as Senior Counsel, and earlier legal practice as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Nancy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
