Napoleon Wright II

Napoleon Wright II is a creative professional currently serving as the Principal Designer at Pan II Creative, where they harness a diverse skill set in animation, illustration, graphic design, and UX Design to provide business and marketing solutions. Previously, they held the role of Director, Creative Illustrator / Animator at Fidelity Investments, where they developed visual identities for key projects, including Fidelity Advantage 401k. Napoleon also founded BECAUSEUS, a creative initiative focused on enhancing human welfare through art, music, and design. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts and Graphic Design from East Carolina University, they began their career at Capstrat and further honed their skills at Red Hat.
