Neha Dhar, CFA, is an accomplished investment management technology leader with extensive experience in data and analytics. They have held senior roles at companies such as Acadian Asset Management, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and Fidelity Investments, where they have driven strategic initiatives, optimized processes, and led high-performing teams. Neha believes in empowering people and creating sustainable processes to deliver results faster. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of North Texas and a Certificate in Finance from Harvard Extension School.
