Nischal Varma

Nischal Varma is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in application and infrastructure support, currently serving as a Director at Fidelity Investments since July 2010. Nischal’s expertise lies in providing a stable production environment for customers by building high-performing teams focused on innovation and continuous improvement, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. Prior to this role, Nischal held the position of Project Manager at Fidelity since 2005 and worked as a Senior Technical Executive at IBM from 1986 to 2005. Nischal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Mangalore University.
