Oral Boston is a Director of UX Design at Fidelity Investments, focusing on creating enterprise-wide design systems to enhance digital applications. With over 20 years of experience, Boston has successfully managed the design and development of applications across various sectors, including finance and marketing. They have held numerous roles, including Technical Manager and Senior IT Project Manager, where they utilized their teamwork and leadership skills to improve user experiences significantly. Boston also founded iMediaWerks, providing design and development solutions for non-profits and small businesses since 2003. They earned an M.S. in Instructional Technology and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Interactive Media Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University.
