Pat West

Pat West is currently the Director of Talent and Learning at ETGS and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Non Profit Management at North Carolina State University. They previously held the position of Agile Enablement Lead at Fidelity Investments from 2021 to 2023, and served as Director of Program Management at Fidelity from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, Pat was the President of Synaptis (2011-2015) and VP of Program Management at the American Research Institute (2005-2011). Pat also has experience as a Manager of Sales Training at Merisel (1997-2000) and as a Director of Sales Support at Global Knowledge (2000-2005). Pat began their career as a Sales Trainer at Healthsource from 1994 to 1997. They hold a B.A. in English from Meredith College.
