Patty Mets

Patty Mets is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Fidelity Investments, where they provide pragmatic legal advice to life science and tech companies, venture funds, and private equity funds. They have focused their expertise on emerging companies, pre-IPO and growth rounds, secondary liquidity programs, capital markets, and corporate governance. Previously, Patty worked as Counsel at Goodwin and has interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Federal Trade Commission. Patty holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Economics from the College of Charleston.
