Paul Rangecroft

Paul Rangecroft, FSA, EA, M.Sc., is a Senior Vice President and Employee Benefit Consulting Segment Leader at Fidelity Investments, where they lead the strategic direction of Workplace Consulting's Retirement and Healthcare businesses. Previously, Paul served as Chief Executive Officer at Aon Wealth Solutions, driving double-digit profit growth and stabilizing the business post-merger. With extensive experience across the US, Canada, and the UK, Paul has held various leadership roles, including Executive Committee member at Aon and Chief Executive Officer at Aon Hewitt, successfully merging operations and enhancing revenue.
