Paul Ryan

Paul Ryan is the Head of Finance for Enterprise Technology and Global Services at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a team responsible for financial planning, accounting, and decision support across global sites. Since joining Fidelity Investments in 1998, they have held various leadership positions, including Vice President and CFO roles in both India and Europe, where they played key roles in building finance functions and supporting international expansion. Paul is passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and serves as a senior sponsor for Fidelity’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. They hold a professional accounting qualification from University College Dublin, earned between 2001 and 2003.
