Peggy Tam is currently the Director of Advanced Data Analytics and Insights at Fidelity Investments, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager for Loyalty Analytics and Strategy at CVS Health from 2022 to 2024, and held several roles in data analytics within the same organization. Peggy began their career as an eCommerce Web Developer at APC and later worked as a Senior Analyst in Web Analytics at Schneider Electric from 2007 to 2014. They are currently pursuing education at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
