Penry Jackson

Penry Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and financing within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Risk & Financing at NYDIG since 2019, Penry delivers institutional-grade solutions in the digital asset market. Prior to this role, Penry held the position of Managing Director at Barclays from 2010 to 2018, where significant achievements included the creation of the Target Operating Model for the Group CCO function, compliance restructuring of the Equity Synthetics product set with Dodd-Frank legislation, and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Additional managerial roles were held at Carne Group and Deutsche Bank, contributing to a robust understanding of operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Penry holds a BSc in Civil & Structural Engineering from Cardiff University and a DIC in Engineering Hydrology from Imperial College London.
