Peter Gorham

Peter Gorham is currently the Director of University Talent Acquisition at Fidelity Investments, where they lead strategic initiatives in talent management and workforce planning. With over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, Peter has previously held senior roles at Fidelity, including Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, where they directed nationwide recruiting operations. They began their career as a Technical Recruiter at The Berklee Group and have since developed a passion for enhancing the associate and candidate experience through empathetic leadership and effective project management. Peter's education includes ongoing studies at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in the Isenberg School of Management.
