Prashant Patel

Prashant Patel is a seasoned data analytics and research professional with over 11 years of experience, currently serving as Director - Squad Lead at Fidelity Investments since February 2012. In this role, Prashant leads Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams, focusing on creating and optimizing a Snowflake-based Data Lake for Fidelity’s Operations Workflow Processing business unit. Key contributions include developing ingestion pipelines, driving analytics use cases, and managing product vision and backlog. Prior to this role, Prashant held positions at Fidelity as Senior Lead and Lead, achieving success in applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve business challenges. Prashant also has experience in venture capital, having provided strategic insights to inform significant investments, and has worked as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte, delivering comprehensive market research and analysis. Prashant holds a PGDM in Finance and Marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from Sardar Patel University.
