Rachael Thinnes

Rachael Thinnes, MBA, is the Director of Strategic Supplier Management at Fidelity Investments, where they are responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the Supplier Management program and best practices. They previously served as a Senior Risk Manager at Fidelity, providing risk management support to the Fidelity Real Estate Organization. Rachael’s earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Audit Analyst and Audit Manager at Fidelity, and a Staff Auditor at Rippe & Kingston. Rachael earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Business, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the same institution.
