Rachel Bethune

Rachel Bethune has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics, having held key positions at multiple organizations. Notably, Rachel served as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, where responsibilities included leading reporting segments of Data Warehouse conversions and collaborating with over 15 business stakeholders to meet project needs. As a Product Owner at Fidelity Investments and previously as a Senior Analytic Data Consultant and Senior Product Manager, Rachel has focused on productionalizing analytics models and translating business strategies into technical requirements. Early in Rachel's career, roles such as Research Analyst at SAS and IT Analyst at Progress Energy provided foundational expertise in data management and reporting solutions. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
