Rachel Read

Rachel Read is the Director of Compliance at Fidelity Investments, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as a Senior Compliance Advisor and Compliance Advisor at Fidelity Investments from 2019 to 2021. Rachel's early career included internships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the New York State Division of Human Rights. They also worked as a Compliance Officer at State Street Global Advisors and gained practical experience as a Lawyering Fellow at Northeastern University School of Law, where they managed a team in developing legal strategies for underrepresented communities. Rachel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Fordham University.
