Rachel Rose Ryan is currently the Head of Talent & Learning at Fidelity Investments, where they lead initiatives focused on talent management and learning strategies. With a rich background in talent development, Rachel previously served as the Executive Director of Talent Management at Providence St. Joseph Health, and held various leadership roles at Pinnacle Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. They have a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology from Penn State University.
