Radhesh Pai

Radhesh Pai is an experienced Senior Software Engineering Leader with 18 years of expertise in electronic trading platforms, specializing in Java, low-latency distributed systems, and Agile methodologies. They have held key positions at various companies, including Fidelity Investments, where they currently work on the Digital Assets Trading initiative, and ANZ, where they developed a low-latency eFX trading platform. Radhesh began their career at CSC as a Software Engineer, contributing to e-commerce and insurance applications, and later played a significant role at Portware in developing algorithms for automated trading. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and are a certified Java programmer through Sun Microsystems.
