Rene Casis

Rene Casis is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and strategy implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager in Private Wealth at Fidelity Investments since July 2025, Rene previously held the position of Vice President & Head of Portfolio Solutions at American Century Investments from January 2018 to June 2025, focusing on efficient portfolio construction across various investment vehicles. Earlier roles include Vice President & Head of ETF Portfolio Management and ETF Portfolio Manager at 55 Capital Partners, along with significant tenures at BlackRock as Director and Senior Portfolio Manager within the iShares Portfolio Management Group. Rene's career also includes experience as Associate Director/Trader at Barclays Capital and Senior Portfolio Manager at Barclays Global Investors. Academically, Rene holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara and completed high school at Bishop Alemany High School.
