Rich Miranda

Rich Miranda is currently the Business Enablement Team Lead for Acquisition and Loyalty at Fidelity Investments, where they have also served as Director and Squad Leader in related capacities. In the past, Rich held various roles at Fidelity, including Client Service Manager and DBS Deployment Specialist, and briefly worked as a Mortgage Consultant at American Equity Mortgage. Rich earned a Master of Business Administration from Bryant University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Salve Regina University. They possess expertise in customer service, marketing, and various Microsoft Office applications.
