Richard Ellis has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, currently serving as Director of IT Product Management within the Office of the CIO at Fidelity Investments since June 2008. Previous roles include Information Technology Product Manager and various positions in Global Network Services and Infrastructure Design. Richard held the role of Senior Capacity Planning Analyst for Data Center Services in two separate stints at Fidelity Investments, showcasing a strong background in program management and capacity planning. Academically, Richard holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Plymouth State University.
