Richard Phipps

Richard Phipps is currently the Vice President of Tax Compliance at Fidelity Investments, where they oversee tax compliance strategies and risk management. With extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, Richard has previously held senior roles, including Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Prudential Financial, where they developed comprehensive compliance programs and led significant initiatives that resulted in major cost savings and operational improvements. Richard began their career as a Revenue Agent at the Internal Revenue Service, conducting examinations of tax returns. They hold a B.A. in Management and an MBA in Corporate Finance, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
