Rick Cafeo is a seasoned Vice President and Account Executive with over three decades of experience in providing employee benefit solutions. Currently, Rick collaborates with Plan Sponsors and Consultants at Fidelity's Large Market to develop integrated benefit programs that enhance employee wellness and financial security. Previously, Rick held roles at Fifth Third Bank as a Trust Administrator, at Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Retirement Plan Services, and has played a pivotal role in fostering mentorship and building loyal relationships throughout their career. Rick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Joseph's College in 1995 and is passionate about family, travel, and celebrating life's milestones.
