Rishi Kumar

Rishi Kumar is a seasoned Senior Data Scientist at Fidelity Investments since January 2016, specializing in machine learning practices focused on forecasting and capacity planning for call centers. Rishi has developed interactive dashboards in R Shiny and employed advanced time series modeling and natural language processing techniques to enhance service delivery and reduce costs. Previously, Rishi worked as a Business Analyst and Application Developer at IBM from October 2013 to December 2015. Rishi holds a PGP in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, along with a foundational education in Science at St. Xavier School and Doon Public School.
