Rishika Gupta is a seasoned Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where they provide oversight and support for key risk management practices across critical enterprise programs. With extensive experience in strategy development, business improvement, and compliance, Rishika has successfully led numerous complex initiatives throughout their career. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising multinational companies on risk governance, and held various leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, including Director of Strategy & Planning and Senior Audit Manager. Rishika holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has additional certifications in Information Security.
