Rob Betts

Rob Betts is a Managing Director in Direct Lending at Fidelity Investments, where they originate, structure, and manage flexible credit facilities for sponsor-backed companies. With a solid foundation in investment management, Rob has experience in identifying opportunities and improving operational and financial aspects of portfolio companies. They previously held key roles at Cerberus Capital Management, PNC, Z Capital Partners, and Citigroup, contributing to significant capital raises and the management of complex loan portfolios. A former Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, they developed strong leadership skills while managing teams in high-pressure environments. Rob holds a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School.
